West Estimating provides professional construction estimating services tailored to various project needs, including cost estimation, material takeoffs, and budget preparation. Our services are designed to assist contractors, architects, and project managers in achieving accurate financial planning. Whether it is residential, commercial, or industrial projects, we aim to deliver estimates that meet your unique requirements.

Accuracy of Information Provided

Clients must provide complete and accurate information about their projects to ensure precise estimates. West Estimating is not responsible for errors or omissions in estimates resulting from incomplete or inaccurate client information. This includes but is not limited to project drawings, specifications, and relevant data.

Pricing and Payments

We calculate fees considering the project’s scale, intricacies, and requirements.
Payment must be made in full before the final delivery of the estimate.
We accept payments via PayPal, credit card, and debit card.
Invoices will be sent after the quote is accepted, and services will commence once payment is received.
All fees are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise in our cancellation policy.

Turnaround Times

We strive to deliver estimates within the agreed-upon timeframe. However, turnaround times may vary based on the project’s complexity and our current workload. Any delays caused by unforeseen circumstances or additional requirements will be communicated promptly to the client.

Intellectual Property

All estimates, documents, and deliverables created by West Estimating are our intellectual property. Clients may use these materials for their internal purposes but may not redistribute, resell, or use them for purposes other than those agreed upon without our prior written consent. Non-compliance with this policy could lead to formal legal proceedings.

Confidentiality

We value your privacy and confidentiality. All project details, drawings, and related information shared with us will be handled with the utmost care and will not be disclosed to third parties without your consent, except as required by law. We employ stringent measures to safeguard your data against unauthorized access or misuse.

Limitations of Liability

West Estimating aims to provide accurate and reliable estimates; however, we are not liable for:

Actual costs may differ from the initial estimates we provide.
We are not responsible for losses or damages incurred from using our services.
Any errors caused by miscommunication, incomplete, or incorrect information provided by the client.
Decisions made based on the estimates without further professional consultation.

Revisions and Adjustments

Clients are entitled to one revision per estimate to address any inaccuracies or changes in project scope. Additional revisions may incur additional charges, which will be communicated before proceeding. Revisions must be requested within seven (7) days of receiving the estimate.

Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellation requests must be made within 24 hours of payment.
Refunds depend on the specific circumstances and progress of the project.
No refunds will be provided once the final estimate has been delivered unless an error is identified and acknowledged by our team.

In cases where cancellation is accepted, processing fees may apply.

Changes to Terms

West Estimating reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Updates become active the moment they are posted online. Clients are encouraged to review the terms periodically to stay informed about any updates.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Region], and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that location. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in accordance with applicable laws.
